It’s Friday again. It’s Friday the 13th (brah, ha, ha) and time for another edition of fantastic fridays. I baled on my posting this week, some weeks just aren’t meant for blogging! One more week until my kiddos go back to school so hopefully I’ll be a better blogger soon!
It’s time to share some of my favorite links from this past week.
Happy Weekend!

great FABRIC: Have you heard of spoonflower? It’s a place where you can upload your own fabric designs and they will print them for you and you can buy other people’s designs too. There are some pretty awesome, not going to find it in a retail store, sort of fabrics on there. I will admit the prices are a little steep, but you are paying for something that is almost one of a kind. Probably the coolest on there is their cut and sew section. Some pretty awesome panels (and some weird ones too…a uterus?)

to whet your APPETITE: I’ve found a new cooking blog I’m exploring called The Spunky Coconut. She is a non-dairy, gluten free mom and has some pretty good looking recipes on there that look not so scary.

be NEAT (as in organized): organizing embroidery floss. so need to do this.

a TUTORIAL to do: My girl loves skirts and here are a few tutes that have been floating around pinterest: shirred pocket skirt, banner day skirt and skirt with pockets

becoming more AWARE: 31 days of praying for your husband

something to SEW: would love to try my hand at a reverse applique skirt

to TRIM my house with: If you missed it, the final post in my closet redo of the kiddos closets

ILLUSTRATION to stitch: this french ballet poster is just screaming at me to embroider for my chick’s room

CUTE: I was going to link to a cardboard castle I had found on this blog…but the whole darn blog is just too cute. Check it out.
